Why don't we move into Mexico and "help" them get their economy on their feet?

I actually think this is a good idea. I'd love to see us leave the Middle East alone and focus on the matters that "really" affect us. This administration seems to be outsourcing so many jobs overseas why not outsource them closer to home in Mexico. Put in some various factories to create jobs, form labor unions. If we should replace a leader maybe we should replace Vincente Fox and fight the Mexican Drug Cartels. Bring the fight to Mexico instead of fighting it here at home with laws that will clog up our court systems and jails. I'm not saying that illegal immigration should go unpunished, I just think that punishing the immigrants isn't going to solve the problem if our jails and prisons are better than where they came from.
